9. See the Nazca Lines, Peru

Some of the best wines come from Mendoza, Argentina. There are a number of different vineyards where you can indulge in the many Malbec options. Also nice that you're surrounded by mountains on all sides in the heart of Argentina.
16. Experience Patagonia’s Glaciers, Argentina/Chile
See some glaciers up close in Patagonia. Nowhere makes you appreciate the beauty of the world around us quite like towering blocks of ice such as the famous Perito Moreno Glacier. There are always boat tours that will give you a view from the water, or you can hike there on land.

The Atacama Desert should be visited at least once. It is so dry that it feels like you’re on the moon. You’ll see salt flats and geysers during the day and the most amazing views of the stars at night.
